Cancellation Policy

--- Photography Booking Policy 1. Booking and Scheduling: - A 50% deposit is required to secure your session date and time. - The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot. - Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. No dates will be reserved without a deposit. 2. Payment: - Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, or online transfer. - If payment is not received within 48 hours of the agreed deadline, your booking may be canceled. - All prices are subject to change, but clients will be notified in advance for any price adjustments. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: - Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the session will result in a full refund of the deposit. - Cancellations made within 7 days of the session will forfeit the deposit. - One rescheduling is allowed per booking, provided it’s requested at least 3 days before the scheduled time. Rescheduling within 3 days hours may incur a fee $25. 4. Post-Production and Delivery: - All images will be professionally edited and delivered within 5 business days of the session, unless otherwise specified. - Additional retouching requests may incur additional fees. - Clients will receive their images via a downloadable online gallery depending on the package chosen. 5. Copyright and Usage: - All images remain the property of the photographer. - Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use of the images. - Commercial use or redistribution of the images without prior written consent is prohibited. - The photographer reserves the right to use images for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. 6. Model Release: - By booking a session, clients agree that the photographer may use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website galleries, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not consent, please inform us in writing prior to your session. 7. Client Responsibility: - It is the client’s responsibility to communicate any specific shots, themes, or ideas in advance of the session. - The photographer is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances affecting the shoot, such as weather conditions, tardiness, or uncooperative subjects. 8.
